RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Welfare and remuneration：
1、After put into production, there will be shuttle bus service for the staffs living in Jinan City. Company can offer accommodation for staffs not from Yucheng City. 2、After formally signed labor agreement, company will pay pension, medical, work injury, maternity, unemployment and other social insurance. 3、The company will evaluating the achievement of principal persons and they will be amply rewarded when hit the target. The salary of main staffs includes the basic salary and check wage. The salary of department manager will be negotiated in the interview.
